Although Root & Build is still under construction, you can keep up with me through FB & IG.
*This is not your typical blog.*
First of all, I am not an expert in any field, so I won’t be doling out sage advice. I will, however, share what works for me and my family in the hope that it will inspire you to find what works for you and yours.
Secondly, you won’t find anything other than genuine people here. I don’t believe in sugar-coating our life so it looks better on social media. What you see is what you get.
And finally, my goal is to encourage you in your daily life, both personally and with your family. Life should be enjoyable, not perfect. I pray you find joy and contentment in your every day.

Life on this side of eternity is a journey. A journey of constantly growing and learning. Here, I will share my personal journey – spiritual, physical, mental, and creative – without filters and with complete sincerity and transparency.
Family
Bonding and strengthening activities we enjoy, from video games to camping, and everything in between.
Garden
When not at church, on a family adventure, or at work building world class LEGO models, you can find me puttering around in my garden.
Lego
I have been blessed with one of the best jobs on earth. I build with Lego ALL day!!! Here’s where I’ll share my builds in more detail than on my social media accounts.
